Ingredients to make Fruit and Nut Chicken Salad

1 c Chopped cooked chicken
1/4 c Chopped celery
1/4 c Seedless red grapes,halved
1/4 c Canned pineapple tidbits, drained
3 tb Purchased tuna salad dressing
2 Leaves leaf lettuce
1/4 Cantaloupe, seeded, peeled, cut in thin wedges
2 tb Cashews

Directions to make Fruit and Nut Chicken Salad

Step 1:In medium bowl, combine chicken, celery, grapes and pineapple. Add dressing; stir gently to coat.
Step 2:Place lettuce leaf on each individual serving plate. Arrange cantaloupe wedges over lettuce, creating fan shape. Spoon chicken salad over bottom of cantaloupe fan. Sprinkle with cashews
